Parents and Guardians You have an important role in helping your student successfully meet his/her degree requirements in a timely manner. Your understanding of the Four-Year Graduation Guarantee Plan and agreement is essential. If you are interested in following your student’s progress, you and your student must sign a FERPA (Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act) consent form and place it on file with the Registrar’s office. You may make inquiries in writing or in person through the Registrar’s Office. No information can be provided by phone or e-mail. The form is available at http://registrar.astate.edu/Parentconsent.pdf or during New Student Orientation.
