1.      Chair and Staff Training—Susan Allen:  Dr. Allen would like to establish training to help chairs and supervisors handle the mechanisms of campus.  How can efforts be coordinated effectively?  Dr. Allen would like to revisit this issue after RAAC has had time to think about it.  The project will need direct participation and management from chairs and staff.  A list of chair interests have been sent to deans, which include legal issues, Banner, etc.

2.      Enrollment Enhancement—Susan Allen:  A draft was distributed of the Enrollment Enhancement Plan.  Dr. Allen asked that corrections be made and it sent back to her by Wednesday afternoon.  It will be shared with Dr. Wyatt by the end of the week.  Lynita Cooksey is compiling a list of best practices and good ideas to share with deans.  There is a small cost sharing fund available.  Price tags for recruiting efforts are imbedded in the collaboration column.  Student Affairs will help with travel for recruiting.
